The reasons were that the pricing was very evident (no hidden and adding up add-on costs) and also the price was unbeatable cheap. Open questions and concerns were answered by Pete to our satisfaction and he was also very obligeant regarding scheduling an early pick-up of the RV with no extra cost. After arriving in Anchorage we first were a little concerned about the RV (was not the latest model), but it looked good and well maintained. Coming closer and closer to the end of our trip we figured that our plan (driving Denali-Anchorage in 5h to arrive there on 11:00am) is not feasible. Talking to Pete in this regards he also was very flexible and obligeant to us (we arrived some hours later). Overall we (2adults + 2children) were very satisfied with BNB RV and their customer care!!! So we can definitively recommend Pete and his crew to anybody. Thank you Pete again for everything.
